  • 2. Proposal & Quote

    You'll receive a clear proposal with scope, timeline, pricing breakdown, and example visuals that match your project type. No commitment required at this stage.


  • 3. Kick-Off Call

    A 15–30 minute video call (or email exchange if you prefer) to align on mood, camera angles, furnishing style, and any specific marketing goals. This is where we define what the space should feel like.


  • 4. Clay Previews

    Early in the process, I send simple clay-render previews showing camera angles, composition, and basic lighting. This ensures we're aligned before I invest time in final materials and details. You can request adjustments at this stage with no additional cost.


  • 5. First Draft

    I deliver the first full-resolution draft with materials, lighting, and furnishing applied. You provide structured feedback (one revision round included in all packages).


  • 6. Refinement

    I implement your feedback—adjusting materials, colors, atmosphere, or details. A second revision round is included in Sales-Ready and Developer Signature packages.


  • 7. Final Delivery

    High-resolution images delivered via Dropbox or WeTransfer in JPEG format (TIFF available on request). Files are optimized for both web and print use, with clear naming for easy management.

What file formats do I receive?
High-resolution JPEG (standard), TIFF available on request. Images are delivered in both web-optimized and print-ready resolutions.

Can I use the images for commercial purposes?
Yes. All packages include full usage rights for marketing, presales, portfolios, websites, and social media. You cannot resell the images as stock or claim authorship.

What if my plans aren't finalized yet?
That's fine. We can start with preliminary plans or sketches and adjust as your design develops. Clay previews help us stay aligned even if details change.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Our process is designed for remote collaboration across Europe. Communication via email, WhatsApp, or video calls—whatever works best for you.

What if I need changes after final delivery?
Minor tweaks (small color adjustments, object removal) within 7 days of delivery: no charge. Significant changes (new camera angle, lighting overhaul, major design changes): quoted as a new revision.
